FAQs

How long will my Rambler® drinkware keep ice?

Due to all the variables that can affect ice retention, we can't guarantee a precise amount of time that your Rambler® Drinkware will hold ice. However, more ice is better when it comes to your Rambler® Tumblers or Bottles. We suggest filling your Rambler® Drinkware with as much ice as possible.

Which Rambler® drinkware is right for me?

The YETI® Drinkware line has expanded a great deal since we first came out with the Rambler® Tumbler. In addition to our tumblers, YETI now offers Bottles, Jugs, Colster® Can Insulators, Mugs, the 10 oz Lowball, Stackable Pints, and the Wine Tumbler. The best answer will depend on what your drinking style is.

If you want your Rambler® Drinkware to be 100% leakproof, we suggest a Rambler® Jug, or a Rambler® Bottle with a TripleHaul™, Chug, HotShot™, MagDock™, or Cup Cap. Even with the MagSlider™ Lid, Rambler® Tumblers are just splash-resistant, which means they'll keep a drink in its place over a speed bump, but if tipped over in a backpack or jostled in traffic, some liquid will spill out due to pressure releasing inside the tumbler.

If you're still not sure which Rambler® Drinkware option is right for you, contact us to help you out.

Is there a maximum temperature limit for hot liquids when using Rambler® drinkware or Rambler® lids?

Yes, we recommend temperatures to not exceed the limits below when using the following Rambler® Drinkware items and lids. Our Rambler® Drinkware locks in hot temperatures, so please, always open carefully. Do not overfill. Hot liquids must remain below the solid ring located beneath the threads. Keep hot liquids out of reach of children.

Maximum Temperature of 85C:

Rambler® Tumbler Standard Lid
Rambler® Tumbler MagSlider Lid
Rambler® Bottle HotShot Cap
Rambler® Bottle Cup Cap
Rambler® Jug Lid & Cap
Rambler® Bottle Chug Cap
Rambler® Bottle MagDock Cap

NOT Intended for Use with Hot Beverages:

Rambler® Tumbler Straw Lid
Rambler® Bottle Straw Cap
Rambler® Bottle TripleHaul Cap

How do I clean my Rambler® drinkware?

All Rambler® Drinkware products are dishwasher safe. If you're going the dishwasher route, just make sure everything goes where it should to get them as clean as possible.

Rambler® Drinkware body: Standing upside down on the top or bottom rack (depending on where it fits best).

Lids/Bottle Caps: Top rack of the dishwasher away from the heat.

Gaskets: Silverware tray on the bottom rack.

You can also clean your drinkware with dish soap and warm water. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners. For a more thorough clean, remove gaskets and wash and dry separately before reinstalling.

Are Yeti Coolers worth it?

Yeti coolers are well worth the investment because they have excellent ice retention capacity, superior build quality, and are virtually indestructible.

How to determine which Yeti drinkware size you have?

All Yeti drinkware products have the sizing engraved into the base of each bottle.

I had never heard of Heat & Grill until my recent purchase. I was searching online for Yeti cups, and Heat & Grill had the best prices of any other retailer, both in store and online. Not only did Heat & Grill have the best price, but they had many colours and styles of cups and accessories that were not available anywhere else, including the Yeti website. I was initially surprised that they didn't offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount, and instead they charge a $10 flat shipping fee. I soon learned why this is the case; they don't use Australia Post as their delivery partner. Best decision ever, and the $10 delivery fee is totally worth it, in my opinion. I submitted my order on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived at my door less than two days later, on Friday morning. Granted, both Heat & Grill and I are located in Melbourne, but I've had standard Australia Post deliveries take in excess of 10 days within Melbourne. The cups arrived in perfect condition. They were well-packed and wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box. I also made a phone enquiry to the Richmond store, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager explained further about the $10 flat delivery fee. Apparently, it doesn't even fully cover their shipping expenditure. They choose to use couriers because they provide a faster and more reliable service. In this day and age, it is quite a pleasant surprise to encounter this level of customer service and care for customers by a retailer. I'm very impressed, and I highly recommend Heat & Grill.

    About Docklands, VIC

Docklands, also known as Melbourne Docklands, is an inner-city suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 2 km (1.2 mi) west of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Melbourne local government area. Docklands recorded a population of 15,495 at the 2021 census. Primarily a waterfront area centred on the banks of the Yarra River, it is bounded by Wurundjeri Way and the Charles Grimes Bridge to the east, CityLink to the west and Lorimer Street across the Yarra to the south. The site of modern-day Docklands was originally swamp land that in the 1880s became a bustling dock area as part of the Port of Melbourne, with an extensive network of wharfs, heavy rail infrastructure and light industry. Following the containerisation of shipping traffic, Docklands fell into disuse and by the 1990s was virtually abandoned, making it the focal point of Melbourne's underground rave scene. The construction of Docklands Stadium in the late 1990s attracted developer interest in the area, and urban renewal began in earnest in 2000 with several independent privately developed areas overseen by VicUrban, an agency of the Victorian Government. Docklands subsequently experienced an apartment boom and became a sought-after business address, attracting the national headquarters of, among others, the National Australia Bank, ANZ, Myer, Medibank, and the Bureau of Meteorology, as well as the regional headquarters for Ericsson, Bendigo Bank and television networks Channel Nine and Seven Network Broadcast Centre. Known for its striking contemporary architecture, the suburb is home to a number of heritage buildings that have been retained for adaptive reuse, and is also the site of landmarks such as the aforementioned Docklands Stadium, Southern Cross Station and the Melbourne Star Observation wheel. Although still incomplete, Docklands' developer-centric planning has split public opinion with some lamenting its lack of green open space, pedestrian activity, transport links and culture. == History == === Early history === Before the foundation of Melbourne, Docklands was a wetlands area consisting of a large salt lake and a giant swamp (known as West Melbourne Swamp) at the mouth of the Moonee Ponds Creek.

Attended the cooking class a few days ago with my daughter, father's day present that I just got around to. What a great experience and great gift for anyone for any reason. Restaurant quality food, great variety and plenty of it, and not shy on the drinks. Beats going to a restaurant any day. Great cooking tips and time to look around the store and load up on purchases, with a discount. Great staff and very attentive to your food and drink needs. Overall, a great experience. Thank you very much. Andy.

After finding a great deal on a Weber genesis on the Heat and Grill /Richmond website, I was refreshed to talk to someone from the team on the phone, who were extremely helpful and courteous and assisted me with follow up calls to ensure my new grill was sent out to me as efficiently as possible. Thumbs up to you guys, extremely professional service all-round. I will also have to mention that this barbecue is a beast, I christened it last night with one of the best cooked ribeyes I’ve ever had.

I bought a Yeti Tundra 35 from Heat & Grill Richmond Victoria even though I live in Adelaide. They had the best price, shipping and a trouble free lay-by system. Very happy with the service and the cooler is awesome.

These guys are amazing! I had ordered some items online and put my shipping details in, not seeing it was click and collect only. Gave them a ring and sent an email. They were so happy to get this posted to me. Amazing!
