Stihl Battery Blower I want to say thanks to the crew at Highpoint Heat & Grill for your outstanding customer service. Had been looking at BBQs since November - John was always patient and helpful on each occasion that I attended the store - two weeks ago I ended up purchasing two BBQs from Cameron who delivered both to separate addresses - I can not speak more highly of the staff and their service - I recommend to anyone that if you want a Weber or accessories to go to see them. They have really nice outdoor furnishings as well - Linda

miRoI had an amazing customer service. I placed an order online for a last minute Father's Day present for my husband. Yes.. naughty me! Within minutes of placing my order, I recieved a call from a lovely salesperson Kerry, and she briefed me with instructions of how to use the Weber q. She was so kind and offered to drop it off to me on the same day after hearing that it was for a Father's day gift. It really made our day, and my husband absolutely loves his bbq. Had our first grilled steaks for lunch today! Will certainly be coming back to buy accessories for the weber q from Heat & Grill in Richmond after the lockdown. Thank you! 😀
Joy LHaving purchase a Weber Baby Q here about a year ago I went back when I needed a bigger Weber 4 burner BBQ. I am glad I did as the service here is excellent. Kerry who helped with my purchase was outstanding from start to finish. Firstly, when parking was difficult, she helped me park my car at the rear of the store. Even through Kerry was aware that I had placed the BBQ on hold and therefore likely to purchase it, she spent a lot of time explaining the features of the BBQ and showed me how it should be cleaned, and even took me to an already cleaned BBQ to give me an indication of the cleaning process. She then explained the various cooking options and the best accessories to purchase. Even though I had done a bit of research prior to purchase, Kerry provided me with information that I would not have otherwise known. Finally, when it came to delivery of the unit, Kerry organized for it to be delivered the same afternoon. While there may be other Weber stores in Melbourne, excellent customer service like this is hard to beat.
ferneiWe purchased our dream outdoor kitchen complete with inbuilt Weber and bar fridge from Heat and Grill Richmond in November. We live in Rural New South wales so every thing was done over the phone or via email. We were so lucky to be looked after by Lachlan. He was beyond incredible! His customer service was second to none. From my initial inquiry to purchase and then onto after purchase support with deliveries and shipping. Lachlan managed the whole thing for us. We now have our dream outdoor kitchen all ready to go for Christmas lunch! I couldn't recommend this store and Lachlan's service more.

My first weber purchased got the family q, all my questions were answered staff was so friendly and new what thay are selling and also got some tips now to cook with it and it's been amazing 😊 very happy.
