I want to say thanks to the crew at Highpoint Heat & Grill for your outstanding customer service. Had been looking at BBQs since November - John was always patient and helpful on each occasion that I attended the store - two weeks ago I ended up purchasing two BBQs from Cameron who delivered both to separate addresses - I can not speak more highly of the staff and their service - I recommend to anyone that if you want a Weber or accessories to go to see them. They have really nice outdoor furnishings as well - Linda

This morning I attended the Richmond branch of Heat and Grill. The lady who served me was Kerry. Her professional and helpful service made it an absolute pleasure to complete my purchases there. She had a thorough knowledge of her products. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was only too willing to assist us where necessary. Well done. We will return again.

Attended a BBQ course with Lachie at the store, so many great BBQing tips, delicious rubs, an incredibly big and varied menu cooked in front of you on a bank of Webers. Best of all we got to eat all of the food in a relaxed environment (10 guests) with a glass or two of wine. All questions answered and can't wait to try the recipes.
