Her professional and helpful service made it an absolute pleasure to complete my purchases there. She had a thorough knowledge of her products. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was only too willing to assist us where necessary. Well done. We will return again.

Troy SterlingI had never heard of Heat & Grill until my recent purchase. I was searching online for Yeti cups, and Heat & Grill had the best prices of any other retailer, both in store and online. Not only did Heat & Grill have the best price, but they had many colours and styles of cups and accessories that were not available anywhere else, including the Yeti website. I was initially surprised that they didn't offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount, and instead they charge a $10 flat shipping fee. I soon learned why this is the case; they don't use Australia Post as their delivery partner. Best decision ever, and the $10 delivery fee is totally worth it, in my opinion. I submitted my order on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived at my door less than two days later, on Friday morning. Granted, both Heat & Grill and I are located in Melbourne, but I've had standard Australia Post deliveries take in excess of 10 days within Melbourne. The cups arrived in perfect condition. They were well-packed and wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box. I also made a phone enquiry to the Richmond store, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager explained further about the $10 flat delivery fee. Apparently, it doesn't even fully cover their shipping expenditure. They choose to use couriers because they provide a faster and more reliable service. In this day and age, it is quite a pleasant surprise to encounter this level of customer service and care for customers by a retailer. I'm very impressed, and I highly recommend Heat & Grill.

Jill DouglassWe purchased our dream outdoor kitchen complete with inbuilt Weber and bar fridge from Heat and Grill Richmond in November. We live in Rural New South wales so every thing was done over the phone or via email. We were so lucky to be looked after by Lachlan. He was beyond incredible! His customer service was second to none. From my initial inquiry to purchase and then onto after purchase support with deliveries and shipping. Lachlan managed the whole thing for us. We now have our dream outdoor kitchen all ready to go for Christmas lunch! I couldn't recommend this store and Lachlan's service more.

Malvern ( ) is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 8 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Stonnington local government area. Malvern recorded a population of 9,929 at the 2021 census. == History == The area of Malvern was first settled by Europeans in 1835. John Gardiner was one of the first Europeans to make his home there. A small hamlet known as "Gardiners Creek" (1851 Melbourne Postal Directory) was established, but it diminished with the gold rush. The nearby creek was also named Gardiners Creek. Gardiners Creek Road (now Toorak Road) ran from South Yarra, east to the junction of Gardiners Creek and onto the Gardiner Homestead, which is now the site of Scotch College. In the 1860s the Gardiners Creek Roads Board was the forerunner of the Gardiners Creek Shire that then became Malvern Council. Malvern Post Office opened on 1 January 1860 on Glenferrie Road, near Malvern Road. In 1892 this was renamed Malvern North when a new Malvern office on Glenferrie Road, near Wattletree Road, replaced the Malvern railway station office.The then shire hall (later town hall) was built in 1886, on the corner of Glenferrie Road and High Street and later extended.
If you want to get the best out of your BBQ then attending the cooking class with Lachie and his team is a must. I gained so much from the class and I looking forward to impressing my friends. Honestly, go for it. It is a great night, the food is just so delicious and such a warm, welcoming environment. Thank you Heat and Grill. I am looking forward to coming back to the store
Attended the cooking class a few days ago with my daughter, father's day present that I just got around to. What a great experience and great gift for anyone for any reason. Restaurant quality food, great variety and plenty of it, and not shy on the drinks. Beats going to a restaurant any day. Great cooking tips and time to look around the store and load up on purchases, with a discount. Great staff and very attentive to your food and drink needs. Overall, a great experience. After finding a great deal on a Weber genesis on the Heat and Grill /Richmond website, I was refreshed to talk to someone from the team on the phone, who were extremely helpful and courteous and assisted me with follow up calls to ensure my new grill was sent out to me as efficiently as possible. Thumbs up to you guys, extremely professional service all-round. I will also have to mention that this barbecue is a beast, I christened it last night with one of the best cooked ribeyes I’ve ever had.
I bought a Yeti Tundra 35 from Heat & Grill Richmond Victoria even though I live in Adelaide. They had the best price, shipping and a trouble free lay-by system. Very happy with the service and the cooler is awesome.
These guys are amazing! I had ordered some items online and put my shipping details in, not seeing it was click and collect only. Gave them a ring and sent an email. They were so happy to get this posted to me. Amazing!
