Quality Weber I had an amazing customer service. I placed an order online for a last minute Father's Day present for my husband. Yes.. naughty me! Within minutes of placing my order, I recieved a call from a lovely salesperson Kerry, and she briefed me with instructions of how to use the Weber q. She was so kind and offered to drop it off to me on the same day after hearing that it was for a Father's day gift. It really made our day, and my husband absolutely loves his bbq. Had our first grilled steaks for lunch today! Will certainly be coming back to buy accessories for the weber q from Heat & Grill in Richmond after the lockdown. Thank you! 😀
Joy LWe purchased our dream outdoor kitchen complete with inbuilt Weber and bar fridge from Heat and Grill Richmond in November. We live in Rural New South wales so every thing was done over the phone or via email. We were so lucky to be looked after by Lachlan. He was beyond incredible! His customer service was second to none. From my initial inquiry to purchase and then onto after purchase support with deliveries and shipping. Lachlan managed the whole thing for us. We now have our dream outdoor kitchen all ready to go for Christmas lunch! I couldn't recommend this store and Lachlan's service more.

Troy SterlingAttended a BBQ course with Lachie at the store, so many great BBQing tips, delicious rubs, an incredibly big and varied menu cooked in front of you on a bank of Webers. Best of all we got to eat all of the food in a relaxed environment (10 guests) with a glass or two of wine. All questions answered and can't wait to try the recipes.

Maidstone is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 8 km (5.0 mi) north-west of Melbourne's Central Business District, located with the City of Maribyrnong local government area. Maidstone recorded a population of 9,389 at the 2021 census.The suburb predominantly consists of residential areas. It was given the name after the town of Maidstone in Kent, England. Maidstone was predominantly made up of period weatherboard, brick Art Deco and Californian Bungalow houses constructed between the 1920s and 1940s. Concrete houses built in the late 1940s to house the families of returned servicemen from World War II are also found. From the early 1990s many old factory sites in Maidstone have been turned into new housing estates comprising hundreds of houses and townhouses. Maidstone's recent development boost, good public transport availability and close proximity to the CBD has also seen the median house price escalate dramatically over the past 10 years.
My first weber purchased got the family q, all my questions were answered staff was so friendly and new what thay are selling and also got some tips now to cook with it and it's been amazing 😊 very happy.
