I had an amazing customer service. I placed an order online for a last minute Father's Day present for my husband. Yes.. naughty me! Within minutes of placing my order, I recieved a call from a lovely salesperson Kerry, and she briefed me with instructions of how to use the Weber q. She was so kind and offered to drop it off to me on the same day after hearing that it was for a Father's day gift. It really made our day, and my husband absolutely loves his bbq. Had our first grilled steaks for lunch today! Will certainly be coming back to buy accessories for the weber q from Heat & Grill in Richmond after the lockdown. Thank you! 😀

Peter SowinskiHaving purchase a Weber Baby Q here about a year ago I went back when I needed a bigger Weber 4 burner BBQ. I am glad I did as the service here is excellent. Kerry who helped with my purchase was outstanding from start to finish. Firstly, when parking was difficult, she helped me park my car at the rear of the store. Even through Kerry was aware that I had placed the BBQ on hold and therefore likely to purchase it, she spent a lot of time explaining the features of the BBQ and showed me how it should be cleaned, and even took me to an already cleaned BBQ to give me an indication of the cleaning process. She then explained the various cooking options and the best accessories to purchase. Even though I had done a bit of research prior to purchase, Kerry provided me with information that I would not have otherwise known. Finally, when it came to delivery of the unit, Kerry organized for it to be delivered the same afternoon. While there may be other Weber stores in Melbourne, excellent customer service like this is hard to beat.
ferneiI had never heard of Heat & Grill until my recent purchase. I was searching online for Yeti cups, and Heat & Grill had the best prices of any other retailer, both in store and online. Not only did Heat & Grill have the best price, but they had many colours and styles of cups and accessories that were not available anywhere else, including the Yeti website. I was initially surprised that they didn't offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount, and instead they charge a $10 flat shipping fee. I soon learned why this is the case; they don't use Australia Post as their delivery partner. Best decision ever, and the $10 delivery fee is totally worth it, in my opinion. I submitted my order on a Wednesday afternoon and it arrived at my door less than two days later, on Friday morning. Granted, both Heat & Grill and I are located in Melbourne, but I've had standard Australia Post deliveries take in excess of 10 days within Melbourne. The cups arrived in perfect condition. They were well-packed and wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a sturdy box. I also made a phone enquiry to the Richmond store, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager explained further about the $10 flat delivery fee. Apparently, it doesn't even fully cover their shipping expenditure. They choose to use couriers because they provide a faster and more reliable service. In this day and age, it is quite a pleasant surprise to encounter this level of customer service and care for customers by a retailer. I'm very impressed, and I highly recommend Heat & Grill.

Yarraville is an inner-city suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 6 km (3.7 mi) west of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Maribyrnong local government area. Yarraville recorded a population of 15,636 at the 2021 census.Yarraville is bordered on the east by the junction of the Maribyrnong and the Yarra Rivers, and its southern boundary is the West Gate Freeway. In 2020, Yarraville was named Australia's best suburb and fifth in the world. The suburb lies immediately north of the West Gate Bridge, and immediately west of its namesake, the Yarra River. Features of Yarraville include C.J. Cruickshank Park, Yarraville Oval, Beaton Reserve, Yarraville Gardens, Stony Creek and the Yarraville Village Shopping Strip. == History == Yarraville was named due to its proximity to the Yarra River. It was subdivided in 1859, and the residential development of the area commenced. In 1859 a railway line from Footscray to Williamstown was opened, which prompted land sales in the area. A large party to announce the subdivision was thrown, however the railway line operators declined to build a station at Yarraville. During the decade of 1870, a railway stop and post office were opened, Methodists established the area's first church, and a new primary school commenced operating.
